Water-Based Screen Printing

Why does it matter that the ink we screen print with is water-based? Well, we like it because the final printed product tends to be softer to the touch than when using it’s oil-based counterpart, which is called plastisol. Softer means more comfortable, and more comfortable means people will wear it more, and that’s ultimately what we’re going for. (There’s also an argument to be made that water-based is more eco-friendly than plastisol, but, honestly, a case can be made on both sides).
