Decoration Types
Super Soft Water-Based Screen Print
This is our default, because it’s the softest and most breathable option. Done right, it almost feels like the print is part of the shirt. It results in what many people refer to as a vintage look. Some of the shirt color may show through the ink, especially when printing light colors on dark garments. But the print is durable and comfortable.
Bright & Crisp Water-Based Screen Print
This option means we’ll layer inks on top of each other to ensure we’re getting the brightest colors possible when printing on darker garments. It’s still softer and more breathable than a plastisol print, but you can feel the ink on the fabric as you might with a plastisol print.
Heat-Applied Print
Heat-applied prints are a great option in a few scenarios: when you want a multi-color print on only a few items; when you want the best, most consistent color vibrance, with virtually infinite color & gradient options; and for many headwear options.
It’s also great for puff printing, though color options are limited.
Embroidery
Embroidery is the process of stitching directly on the fabric. A great option for most hats, and higher-end finishes on polos, sweatshirts, and the like.
Patch
Patches are great for sewing onto hats and jackets, and they’re also great as standalone products, allowing your customers to apply them to whatever they want.
Woven Label
The most common application for woven labels is beanies and hem tags. They offer a small, subtle way of creating branded items.
